নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলি

Pairup BD-এর ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার, অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি অথবা আমাদের কাছ থেকে কোনো পণ্য অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচে উল্লেখিত নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলি মেনে নিতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

কোনো অর্ডার করার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে এই নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলি মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন।

১. সাধারণ শর্তাবলি

Pairup BD বাংলাদেশে beauty, skincare, cosmetics, personal care এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভিন্ন পণ্য বিক্রয় করে।

ওয়েবসাইটে অর্ডার করার সময় সঠিক নাম, ফোন নম্বর, ঠিকানা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় অন্যান্য তথ্য প্রদান করা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।

ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্যের কারণে অর্ডার processing বা delivery-তে সমস্যা হলে আমরা গ্রাহকের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারি এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী অর্ডার স্থগিত বা বাতিল করতে পারি।

২. পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা

ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত পণ্যগুলো stock থাকা সাপেক্ষে বিক্রয়ের জন্য available থাকবে।

কোনো পণ্য website-এ available দেখালেও system update, inventory discrepancy অথবা একই সময়ে একাধিক order-এর কারণে পরবর্তীতে stock না-ও থাকতে পারে।

এ ধরনের পরিস্থিতিতে আমরা গ্রাহকের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী বিকল্প ব্যবস্থা, order adjustment অথবা refund-এর বিষয়ে জানাব।

Pairup BD প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী কোনো পণ্যের availability পরিবর্তন বা একজন গ্রাহক কতটি পণ্য ক্রয় করতে পারবেন তার সীমা নির্ধারণ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

৩. মূল্য ও অন্যান্য চার্জ

পণ্যের বর্তমান মূল্য website-এর product page অথবা checkout-এ প্রদর্শিত হবে।

প্রযোজ্য delivery charge, discount এবং অন্যান্য charge checkout-এর সময় দেখানো হতে পারে।

অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করার মাধ্যমে আপনি checkout-এ প্রদর্শিত মূল্য ও প্রযোজ্য charge অনুযায়ী পণ্য ক্রয় করতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

Website-এ অনিচ্ছাকৃত technical error, typographical error অথবা pricing error দেখা দিলে Pairup BD ভুল মূল্যে order fulfil করতে বাধ্য থাকবে না। এ ধরনের পরিস্থিতিতে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী গ্রাহকের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা হবে।

৪. অর্ডার গ্রহণ ও কনফার্মেশন

Website-এ order successfully place হওয়ার অর্থ এই নয় যে প্রতিটি order স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে fulfil করার জন্য চূড়ান্তভাবে accepted হয়েছে।

আমাদের Team প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী order information, product availability, delivery information এবং অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় বিষয় যাচাই করতে পারে।

কোনো সমস্যা না থাকলে order processing-এর জন্য এগিয়ে নেওয়া হবে।

অর্ডারে কোনো সমস্যা, stock issue, অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্য অথবা অতিরিক্ত verification প্রয়োজন হলে আমরা গ্রাহকের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারি।

৫. অর্ডার পরিবর্তন ও বাতিল

Order processing বা courier-এ handover হওয়ার আগে কোনো পরিবর্তন বা cancellation প্রয়োজন হলে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আমাদের Customer Support Team-এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

আমরা request অনুযায়ী সাহায্য করার চেষ্টা করব, তবে order processing বা shipment শুরু হয়ে গেলে cancellation বা modification সব ক্ষেত্রে সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।

Pairup BD যুক্তিসঙ্গত কারণে কোনো order গ্রহণ না করা বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। এর মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে পারে:

Product stock না থাকা
ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ customer information
Pricing বা technical error
সন্দেহজনক বা fraudulent transaction
পূর্ববর্তী order-এর ক্ষেত্রে repeated refusal বা misuse
এই Terms & Conditions লঙ্ঘন
আইনবিরোধী কার্যকলাপের যুক্তিসঙ্গত সন্দেহ

Prepaid order বাতিল হলে প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে Refund Policy অনুযায়ী refund process করা হবে।

৬. ডেলিভারি

Pairup BD সারা বাংলাদেশে delivery service প্রদান করে।

সাধারণত order delivery হতে ২–৫ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে। তবে এটি একটি আনুমানিক সময় এবং নির্দিষ্ট delivery date বা time-এর guarantee নয়।

Location, courier operation, public holiday, adverse weather, natural disaster, political circumstances অথবা আমাদের reasonable control-এর বাইরে থাকা অন্যান্য কারণে delivery-তে অতিরিক্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।

৭. জরুরি বা একই দিনের ডেলিভারি

নির্দিষ্ট location-এ availability অনুযায়ী urgent বা same-day delivery-এর ব্যবস্থা করা সম্ভব হতে পারে।

এটি location, order time, product availability এবং delivery service availability-এর উপর নির্ভর করবে এবং সব order-এর ক্ষেত্রে guaranteed নয়।

Urgent delivery-এর জন্য অতিরিক্ত charge প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

৮. পণ্যের ছবি ও বিবরণ

আমরা website-এ পণ্যের ছবি, shade, size, packaging, ingredients এবং অন্যান্য তথ্য যথাসম্ভব সঠিকভাবে উপস্থাপন করার চেষ্টা করি।

তবে device display, lighting, photography অথবা screen settings-এর কারণে বাস্তব product-এর color বা appearance ছবির তুলনায় কিছুটা ভিন্ন দেখাতে পারে।

এছাড়া manufacturer বা brand কোনো product-এর packaging, label বা design পরিবর্তন করতে পারে। Product-এর মূল identity অপরিবর্তিত থাকলে শুধুমাত্র packaging-এর পরিবর্তনকে ভুল product হিসেবে বিবেচনা করা নাও হতে পারে।

৯. পণ্যের ব্যবহার

Skincare, cosmetics এবং personal care product-এর ফলাফল ব্যক্তি, skin type, hair type, usage এবং অন্যান্য বিষয়ের উপর নির্ভর করে ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

Website-এ দেওয়া product information সাধারণ তথ্যের উদ্দেশ্যে প্রদান করা হয় এবং এটিকে চিকিৎসা পরামর্শ হিসেবে বিবেচনা করা উচিত নয়।

কোনো ingredient নিয়ে allergy, sensitivity অথবা অন্য কোনো concern থাকলে product ব্যবহার করার আগে ingredient list যাচাই করা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব। প্রয়োজন হলে উপযুক্ত healthcare professional-এর পরামর্শ নিন।

Product manufacturer-এর নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী ব্যবহার করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।

১০. রিটার্ন, রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ও রিফান্ড

Damaged, defective, incorrect অথবা missing product সংক্রান্ত eligible claim আমাদের Return & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী review করা হবে।

এ ধরনের claim যাচাই করার জন্য parcel খোলার শুরু থেকে সম্পূর্ণ product বের করা পর্যন্ত একটি পরিষ্কার ও Uncut Unboxing Video প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।

Change of mind, product পছন্দ না হওয়া অথবা customer-এর ভুলে ভুল shade/size/variant order করার ক্ষেত্রে সাধারণত return বা refund প্রযোজ্য হবে না।

১১. পণ্যের পুনঃবিক্রয়

Pairup BD-এর website মূলত end customers-এর জন্য retail purchase-এর উদ্দেশ্যে পরিচালিত।

অনুমতি ছাড়া অস্বাভাবিক পরিমাণে পণ্য ক্রয়, automated purchasing, stock manipulation অথবা আমাদের services-এর অপব্যবহার প্রতিরোধের জন্য আমরা order quantity সীমিত বা order review করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।

Commercial বা wholesale purchase-এর প্রয়োজন হলে order করার আগে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

১২. প্রতারণামূলক ও অননুমোদিত কার্যকলাপ

Fraudulent transaction, false information, payment fraud, website misuse অথবা অন্য কোনো বেআইনি কার্যকলাপের যুক্তিসঙ্গত প্রমাণ পাওয়া গেলে Pairup BD প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী order বাতিল, account বা service access সীমিত এবং প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

১৩. বাহ্যিক ওয়েবসাইট ও লিংক

আমাদের website-এ প্রয়োজনে third-party website, payment service, courier service, social media platform অথবা অন্যান্য external service-এর link থাকতে পারে।

এসব third-party website বা service Pairup BD-এর সরাসরি নিয়ন্ত্রণে নয়। তাদের content, availability, privacy practices অথবা service-এর জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট third party দায়ী থাকবে।

External link প্রদান করা মানেই সংশ্লিষ্ট website-এর সকল content বা service Pairup BD কর্তৃক endorsement করা নয়।

১৪. ওয়েবসাইটের ব্যবহার

আপনি আমাদের website কোনো বেআইনি, প্রতারণামূলক বা ক্ষতিকর উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না।

Website-এর security, operation অথবা অন্য customers-এর ব্যবহার ব্যাহত করতে পারে এমন কোনো কার্যকলাপ করা নিষিদ্ধ।

Website-এর content অনুমতি ছাড়া commercial উদ্দেশ্যে copy, reproduce বা misuse করা যাবে না, প্রযোজ্য আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত ক্ষেত্র ব্যতীত।

১৫. মেধাস্বত্ব

Pairup BD-এর নিজস্ব logo, graphics, website design, photographs, written content এবং অন্যান্য original materials প্রযোজ্য intellectual property laws-এর অধীনে সুরক্ষিত হতে পারে।

Pairup BD-এর লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া এসব proprietary content commercial উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

Third-party brand names, trademarks এবং product images তাদের নিজ নিজ মালিকের সম্পত্তি।

১৬. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা

প্রযোজ্য আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত সীমার মধ্যে, courier delay, third-party service disruption, force majeure, internet বা technical failure অথবা Pairup BD-এর reasonable control-এর বাইরে থাকা ঘটনার কারণে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতির জন্য আমাদের দায় সীমাবদ্ধ থাকতে পারে।

এই Terms & Conditions-এর কোনো অংশই প্রযোজ্য আইনের অধীনে গ্রাহকের এমন কোনো অধিকার সীমিত করার উদ্দেশ্যে নয় যা আইনগতভাবে সীমিত বা বাতিল করা যায় না।

১৭. নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলির পরিবর্তন

Pairup BD প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী এই Terms & Conditions পরিবর্তন বা update করতে পারে।

পরিবর্তিত Terms & Conditions website-এ প্রকাশের পর কার্যকর হবে, যদি অন্য কোনো effective date উল্লেখ করা না থাকে।

আমাদের website বা services ব্যবহার চালিয়ে যাওয়ার আগে সর্বশেষ Terms & Conditions review করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।

By accessing the Pairup BD website, creating an account, or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. General Terms

Pairup BD sells beauty, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, and related products in Bangladesh.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, phone numbers, delivery addresses, and other information required to process an order.

If incorrect or incomplete information affects the processing or delivery of an order, we may contact the customer and, where necessary, place the order on hold or cancel it.

2. Product Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.

A product may occasionally appear available even when it has become unavailable due to inventory updates, stock discrepancies, or multiple orders being placed at approximately the same time.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may contact the customer regarding an appropriate alternative, order adjustment, or refund where applicable.

Pairup BD reserves the right to reasonably limit the quantity of a product that may be purchased by an individual customer.

3. Prices & Additional Charges

Current product prices are displayed on the relevant product page or during checkout.

Applicable delivery charges, discounts, and other charges may be displayed during the checkout process.

By completing an order, you agree to pay the price and applicable charges shown at checkout.

If a price is displayed incorrectly because of a technical, typographical, or pricing error, Pairup BD is not obligated to fulfil an order at the incorrect price. Where appropriate, we will contact the customer regarding the issue.

4. Orders & Confirmation

Successfully placing an order through our website does not necessarily mean that every order has been finally accepted for fulfilment.

Our Team may review order information, product availability, delivery information, and other relevant details.

If no additional information is required, the order will proceed to processing.

We may contact you if there is an issue with your order, an item is unavailable, information is incomplete, or additional verification is required.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible and before the order has been processed or handed over to the courier.

We will try to accommodate reasonable requests, but cancellation or modification may no longer be possible once processing or shipment has begun.

Pairup BD may refuse or cancel an order where there is a reasonable basis to do so, including:

Suspected fraudulent transactions
Repeated order refusal or misuse

Reasonable suspicion of unlawful activity

Where applicable, payments for cancelled prepaid orders will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Pairup BD provides delivery services across Bangladesh.

Orders are generally delivered within 2–5 business days. This timeframe is an estimate and does not constitute a guarantee of a specific delivery date or time.

Delivery may take longer due to location, courier operations, public holidays, adverse weather, natural disasters, political circumstances, or other events outside our reasonable control.

7. Urgent & Same-Day Delivery

Urgent or same-day delivery may be available in selected locations where suitable delivery arrangements are available.

Availability depends on the delivery location, order time, product availability, and delivery service availability and therefore cannot be guaranteed for every order.

Additional charges may apply.

8. Product Images & Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, shades, sizes, packaging, ingredients, and descriptions as accurately as possible.

However, the appearance or color of a product may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, device displays, and screen settings.

Manufacturers and brands may also update product packaging, labels, or designs from time to time. A packaging change alone may not constitute an incorrect product where the underlying product remains the same.

9. Product Use

Results from skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products may vary depending on the individual, skin type, hair type, method of use, and other factors.

10. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Eligible claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products will be reviewed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

A clear and continuous Uncut Unboxing Video, beginning before the parcel is opened and continuing until all products are removed and shown, may be required to verify such claims.

Returns or refunds are generally not available for change of mind, no longer wanting a product, or ordering an incorrect shade, size, or variant by mistake.

11. Resale & Order Quantities

The Pairup BD website is primarily intended for retail purchases by end customers.

We reserve the right to review or reasonably limit order quantities to prevent unusual bulk purchasing, automated purchasing, stock manipulation, or misuse of our services.
